easier, more convenient solution to package management. Accepting deliveries from all
carriers, the Hub is a must-have amenity for a residential property.

Step 1: Resident ships packages to their usual mailing address.
Step 2: Delivery carriers arrive at the property and go to the designated Hub for deliveries.
Step 3: Delivery carriers enter their assigned carrier code, select a resident, and identify package size. An available Hub door will open for the package.
Step 4: Once the delivery is complete, resident automatically receives a notification via email or text message with a one-time pickup code.
Step 5: Resident enters their one-time pickup code at the Hub, the door opens and resident retrieves their package.
